Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Softx LLC reserves the right to terminate access to our website for any user who violates these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montana.
